My inspiration and passion for baking and pastry come from my artistic background which began in Fine Arts. I attended The School of Visual Arts in New York studying Painting, Art History and Color Theory which led to my serendipitous discovery of the Culinary Arts. I currently share my time between event catering for Olivier Cheng and freelancing on various food styling projects. I have also worked at Magnolia Bakery, Billy’s Bakery, The Lever House, Double Crown, Whitehall, Reynard’s, The Food Network and staged in the Jean-Georges pastry kitchen.
